 | Abstract :
Homo sapiens C/D box snoRNA HBII-202. This snoRNA is the human orthologue of the mouse MBII-202 described by Hüttenhofer et al. (2001). HBII-202 is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of 18S rRNA U428 and of 28S rRNA A2388, although the later was not mapped by Maden (1990). |
