 | Abstract :
Homo sapiens C/D box snoRNA HBII-429. This snoRNA is the human orthologue of the mouse MBII-429 described by Hüttenhofer et al. (2001). HBII-429 is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of 18S rRNA G436, and shares the same host gene (RPS19) with the C/D box snoRNA U101 and the H/ACA box snoRNA ACA33. |
