SNORA7Bsmall nucleolar RNA, H/ACA box 7B
snoid : SR0000308
Length : 139
Abstract : Homo sapiens H/ACA box snoRNA ACA7B. This snoRNA is a close paralogue of ACA7 cloned by Kiss et al. (2004). It is predicted to guide the pseudouridylation of both 28S rRNA U1569 and U1779. Both ACA7 and ACA7B are highly similar to the mouse H/ACA box snoRNA MBI-141 cloned by Hüttenhofer et al. (2001). From its host gene (RPL32), ACA7 has to be considered as the paralogue of MBI-141.
