HBII-142
HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee HGNC Approved Symbol HGNC Approved Name SNORD66 small nucleolar RNA, C/D box 66
snoid :
SR0000312
Length :
76
Abstract :
Homo sapiens C/D box snoRNA HBII-142. This snoRNA is the human orthologue of the mouse MBII-142 described by Hüttenhofer et al. (2001). HBII-142 is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of 18S rRNA C1272.
GenBank accession number :
Host gene : EIF4G1 (Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4 gamma, 1)
