SNORD11small nucleolar RNA, C/D box 11
snoid : SR0000277
Length : 84
Abstract : Homo sapiens C/D box snoRNA HBII-95. This snoRNA is the human orthologue of the mouse MBII-95 described by Hüttenhofer et al. (2001). As HBII-234, HBII-95 is hosted by the gene encoding NOP5/NOP58, one of the core proteins of C/D box snoRNPs. HBI-95 is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of 18S rRNA G509.
