SNORA84small nucleolar RNA, H/ACA box 84
snoid : SR0000475
Length : 133
Abstract : Homo sapiens SNORA84 snoRNA. This H/ACA box snoRNA was identified by Washietl et al. (2005) and Yang et al. (2006), and its expression verified by Northern blot (s189483 in Washietl et al.). It has no predicted RNA target. It resides in the IARS gene from human to lizard and chicken. Note that the H box is mutated in the chimp genome. GenBank sequence AM413009 differs from the genomic sequence by 1bp.
GenBank accession number : AM413009
