Abstract : Homo sapiens C/D box snoRNA U43. This snoRNA was cloned from HeLa cells by Kiss-Laszlo et al. (1996) and is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of 18S rRNA C1703. U43 and the C/D box snoRNAs U83A and U83B share the same host gene (RPL3).
