SCARNA7small Cajal body-specific RNA 7
snoid : SR0000310
Length : 330
Abstract : Homo sapiens U90 scaRNA. This C/D box scaRNA was cloned by Darzacq et al. (2002) from a HeLa cell extract immunoprecipitated with an anti-fabrillarin antibody. It is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of residue A70 of U1 snRNA. It was localized by FISH to Cajal bodies after overexpression in HeLa cells.
GenBank accession number : AY077740
Host gene : KPNA4 (karyopherin alpha 4, importin alpha 3)
