Homo sapiens C/D box snoRNA U45A. This snoRNA was cloned from HeLa cells by Kiss-Laszlo et al. (1996) and is predicted to guide the 2'O-ribose methylation of both 18S rRNA A159 and U172. U45A and two closely related copies, U45B and U45C, share the same host gene (RABGGTB). |
